I have been on the gold plan for years now and would never trust anyone else to provide my pest control. Whenever I have an issue they are extremely accommodating and show up very quickly to remedy the situation.

Disappointed in. Service had Dave's here in the past for ants and wasps which Dave did a great job. Last year decided to have the gold plan. Which is full service service for all pest control. Never had the same person and bait boxes were added for basement and attic.Boxes wee not refilled because each new person coming didn't know where the others were.so a few more were added .Called Dave's office and mentioned not happy with plan and suggested as we do not have a finished basement that boxes should be marked and checked which they weren't so they could be found..Spraying for ants was done which was fine. . Contract runs out ths month didn't sign up for another year.

Was only expecting an estimate as we had been with other company for 20+ years. When the tech found out that the other company had only done half of what they should have he took the time to explain the services and do our first treatment right then. Very thorough with what is offered and what would be done for a service. Very happy with the job done as we can see now the prior company did not even come close to treating our home for what we where paying for!!
