Tara
Tara, a lifelong Central Massachusetts resident, has worked at Dave’s Pest Control as a customer service representative since September 2022. She is married with three children and a dog. In her free time, she enjoys reading and eating Ben & Jerry’s Half Baked ice cream. Tara loves the Fourth of July and prefers summer over all other seasons. Tara enjoys working at Dave’s Pest Control stating,
“We all feel like family, I enjoy talking to and getting to know customers as well.”
Pasquale
Pasquale is a technician at Dave’s Pest Control, having joined the team in May 2022. Born in Italy, he has lived in Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. He enjoys motorsports and frequently travels to New Hampshire and Maine. Pasquale prefers the summer and fall seasons, and his favorite holiday is Father’s Day. He has climbed Mt. Fuji, served in the military, and is dedicated to helping the homeless. Pasquale enjoys working at Dave’s Pest Control stating,
“Managers are flexible and understanding, the techs work well as a team and are skilled in the field, and the overall goal of creating happy customers is our number 1 priority.”
Marc
Marc has been a technician at Dave’s Pest Control since July of 2023. He had an interest in acting as a child, and his favorite subject in school was theater. He enjoys trying new restaurants and visiting coastal towns in New England. Marc is a fan of the Red Sox and Bruins. His preferred season is autumn and Halloween his favorite holiday. Marc appreciates the sense of camaraderie experienced while working at Dave’s Pest Control, stating,
“We feel like a little family.”
John
John is a technician and has been employed with Dave’s Pest Control since June 2024. In his free time, he engages in woodworking and enjoys traveling to coastal destinations. Thanksgiving is his preferred holiday, and he favors late autumn as his season of choice. John had a strong interest in history during his school years and aspired to be a baseball player. John values the trust and respect he receives from Dave’s Pest Control stating,
“Respect that I know how and what to do, and the trust that I will always do what’s right.”
Jake
Jake has been a technician at Dave’s Pest Control since April 2019. He enjoys playing the guitar, painting, and attending Dave Mathews Band concerts annually. Jake favors late spring, considers his birthday as his preferred holiday, and loves the Grand Canyon. Jake vales working at Dave’s Pest Control stating,
“I enjoy working out in nature and working directly with customers to resolve issues and build relationships.”
Nate
Nate joined Dave’s Pest Control as a technician in April 2024. He is a lifelong resident of Central Massachusetts with extensive experience working on various farms from an early age. Nate has a strong interest in history, enjoys visiting Myrtle Beach, and appreciates country music. His preferred season is autumn, and he values spending time outdoors. Nate enjoys working at Dave’s Pest Control stating,
“We are all like family, and I get to go to different places and meet new people everyday.”
Andrea
Andrea is the Operations Manager at Dave’s Pest Control. She began her career at Dave’s Pest Control in March 2014 as a customer service representative. Her experience in both customer service and human services has provided her with the perspective needed to manage customers and employees effectively. Working for Dave’s Pest Control has presented her with numerous professional and personal opportunities. Andrea finds her career in pest control to be rewarding, challenging, and educational.

Dave
Dave serves as the president of Dave’s Pest Control and has been the sole proprietor since acquiring the business in 2007 from his father, who founded the company in 1972. Dave is an active member of the Southbridge Lions Club, a former member of BNI, and has previously held a position on the Board of Directors for NEPMA. His career has been driven by exceptional communication, listening, and forecasting skills. Dave’s ambition is to provide his employees with rewarding career opportunities and to work collaboratively with his customers to safeguard their health and property. Dave appreciates the pest control industry for its small, family-owned businesses that collaborate effectively to support each other.
