Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to some of the most common questions we receive. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, give us a call and we’ll be happy to talk to you.
How do I know if I need a pest treatment?

It is important to note that the presence of a few ants or a single mouse likely indicates a larger infestation nearby. Even a small amount of visible pest residue suggests a significant issue. If left unaddressed, this could escalate into a serious problem.

What are your environmentally sound alternatives?

We utilize advanced materials with low toxicity that offer enhanced safety for individuals, animals, and the environment, surpassing most conventional pest control products available on the market.

I have different pests and a lot of them. Do you have a solution?

We provide a variety of treatment options, including plans tailored to your specific needs. For more information about the pests we manage in our communities, please visit Bug University.

Do we need to leave the premises for treatment?

We exclusively use low-toxicity pest control materials that are nearly odorless. Rest assured, there will be no persistent odor indicating that your house has undergone a pest control treatment.

Do the materials you use have a bad odor?

Not at all. We use only low-toxicity pest control materials that are virtually odorless. There will be no lingering odor to remind you that your house received a pest control treatment.

Do you warranty your work?

We guarantee the quality of our work. If any issues arise within a reasonable period after the job is completed, we will address them at no additional cost, without any inconvenience to you. Our customers are our top priority. This has been our policy for over 45 years.
